Things to Note When Returning to Learning Lodge
We made various improvements on the Learning Lodge program and its network, please see below for the things you will need to do in order to regain access.
Update Learning Lodge Program
When you run the Learning Lodge program after service is resumed, a pop up will appear to tell you there is an available update.
The update will then be automatically downloaded and installed on your computer.
Once the update is done, the Learning Lodge will re-launch automatically.
Change Your Account Password
When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password.
Please type your current password, and a new password in the next prompt. Click "OK" to continue.
You also need to consent to VTech’s data gathering practices. A detailed explanation of this will be displayed in a pop-up window.
You need to click the “I accept” button to provide your consent to the conditions in order to proceed.
If you wish to cancel your Learning Lodge account, follow the instructions below.
Important: By cancelling your Learning Lodge account, you will lose access to all content purchased with the account and any features that require an account to function. Please read the messages displayed during the cancellation process for more information.
Cancel Account - Use the Learning Lodge Program
Log in to your Learning Lodge account.
Click “My Account” in the top navigation bar.
Click the “Cancel Account” button.
Read the information in the pop-up dialog and click “Proceed” to continue.
An email will be sent to your Learning Lodge account email. Click the link provided in the email.
Type your password to confirm your ownership of the account and click “Confirm”.
